Our Pillar
Fraser Dunn began his engineering studies at St. Francis Xavier University in 1954 and entered the working world of engineering with J.A. MacElmon & Associates, consulting engineers specializing in highways.
By 1957, Fraser had joined the department of Highways of the Province of Nova Scotia. He continued his formal education at St. Francis Xavier University in 1961 for two more years of engineering and related studies, and returned to the Provincial Department of Highways until 1965 when he was invited to join A.H. Roy & Associates Ltd.
Fraser has been with the firm ever since, gaining extensive experience and expertise in all phases of construction.
