We strive to meet client needs while taking into account project budgets and the future operating and maintenance cost. Our services are offered in the following areas:

OrganizationThe principals of the firm are V. J. Belliveau, Paul Doiron and Fraser Dunn all of whom will be involved with the management and design of all projects.
Mechanical EngineeringThe mechanical engineering team is headed by V. J. Belliveau, P.Eng. Mr. Belliveau is the President of the firm and is in charge of Mechanical Design for our Firm. He has 36 years of experience in providing mechanical services for all types of buildings. Mr. Ron Kell, P. Eng. is also a member of the Mechanical Design Team and has 12 years of experience in the engineering field. Mr. Dunn will provide knowledge of scheduling of the work and site services.
This group has been working together for many years and are accustomed to working under tight schedules. The flexibility of being able to work with the latest in computer technology and their knowledge of all aspects of Mechanical Engineering Design coupled with their years of working together has made this group into one of the best design teams in the area, who are highly regarded in the engineering community. Our clients keep coming back to us.
Electrical EngineeringThe electrical engineering team is under the directorship of Mr. Paul Doiron, P. Eng. who is Vice-President in charge of the company. Mr. Doiron has 33 years of electrical design experience. One of his accomplishments was the design of a large Regional Hospital for the Province of Nova Scotia. The project was worth over 90 million dollars and the electrical portion was slightly over 14 million dollars. This project was delivered on time despite a severely shortened schedule. Mr. Doiron’s undoubted ability to bring this about and his knowledge of the latest developments in communications, special lighting and power systems, security systems, etc. makes him a well respected member of the engineering community.
Support Staff The valued team members who provide drafting, project management, inspection and secretarial services have all been with A. H. Roy & Associates for an extended period, many starting their careers with the company. This attests to the commitment of A. H. Roy to their staff and to their clients.
